Provincial Police Party Committee: Mid-term review of implementation of party congress resolutions at all levels

On the morning of July 19, the Provincial Police Party Committee held an expanded mid-term review conference on the implementation of the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress, the Resolution of the 20th Provincial Party Congress and the Resolution of the 12th Provincial Police Party Congress for the 2020-2025 term; and a preliminary review of Party building work in the first 6 months of 2023.

After half a term of implementing the resolutions of the Party Congresses at all levels, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Police Party Committee, with a spirit of initiative, determination and great efforts, has closely followed the practical work, fought, thoroughly deployed, and seriously implemented the set goals and plans, ensuring the excellent completion of tasks in each aspect of work. The entire force has focused on effectively fighting and suppressing all types of crimes, reducing crimes against social order: in 2022, it decreased by 8.56%, in the first 6 months of 2023, it decreased by 15.95%, the rate of investigation and discovery of cases reached 94.3%, and serious crimes reached 100%. The number of economic, corruption, smuggling and environmental violations investigated and discovered year after year is higher than the previous year, effectively curbing traffic accidents and the number of fires and explosions. Thai Binh has exceeded the target ahead of schedule in completing the issuance of electronic chip-embedded citizen identification cards, installing electronic identification, building inter-family group models, and public firefighting points assigned by the Ministry of Public Security. The rate of disciplinary violations by cadres is under 0.5%. In terms of emulation classification and annual ranking of the quality of party organizations and party members, 100% of units have completed their tasks...
