HNP - On October 30, Minh Chau Commune Party Committee held a conference to inform the results of the 18th Hanoi Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030 and deploy the election of National Assembly and People's Council deputies at all levels for the term 2026 - 2031.

At the Conference, delegates were quickly informed about the results of the 18th Hanoi Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030, which took place in 3 days (October 15, 16 and 17, 2025). The Congress elected 75 comrades to the 18th Party Executive Committee.

In parallel with preparing the Congress documents, the 17th Hanoi Party Committee has developed a draft Action Program to specify the goals, targets, tasks and implementation solutions in 10 major groups of contents, covering all areas of development of the Capital in the period 2025 - 2030. In particular, the focus is on institutional innovation, perfecting the modern governance model; establishing a new development model associated with industrialization, modernization and knowledge economy ; strongly promoting science - technology, innovation and comprehensive digital transformation.

Attached to the Action Program is a specific list of key tasks, projects and projects to be implemented in the new term with 18 groups including 62 tasks in Party building and the City's political system; 122 tasks in the field of socio-economic development, ensuring national defense and security; 4 groups with 18 projects, project groups, key works prioritized for investment in the period 2026 - 2030.

With geographical advantages, landscape and eco-tourism potential, Minh Chau commune is oriented by the City to become a highlight of green space - suburban eco-urban area, contributing to creating the identity and unique appeal of the Capital.

Hanoi also aims to develop tourism, especially cultural tourism, into a spearhead economic sector, in a professional, modern, classy direction, becoming an ideal, safe, friendly, attractive destination, the top choice in the Asia-Pacific region; and the core of linking domestic and international tourism development.

Hanoi City is oriented to research and build an international-class conference and resort center in Minh Chau island commune, Ba Vi mountain area...; at the same time, prioritize investment in connecting infrastructure to exploit potential, attract investment, and create development momentum for Minh Chau island commune, communes in Son Tay and Ba Vi areas...

After the information on the results of the Congress, the conference deployed the tasks of the election of National Assembly deputies and People's Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term; agreed on the plan, content, progress, and assigned specific tasks to ensure that the election in the commune takes place safely, democratically, in accordance with regulations and on schedule.

According to Decision No. 10126-QD/TU dated October 10, 2025 of the Standing Committee of the Hanoi Party Committee, this time, Minh Chau Commune Party Committee has 2 party members awarded the 30-year Party membership badge, including Mr. Nguyen Danh Hung (party member of Chu Chang village Party Cell) and Ms. Han Thi Hong (party member of Chu Chau village Party Cell).
