According to information from the People's Committee of Quang Ninh province, recently, localities have conducted a review according to the Housing Support Project for people with revolutionary contributions and martyrs' relatives in the area. As a result, the whole province of Quang Ninh has 1,450 households in need of building new or repairing houses. Of which, 584 households are building new and 866 households are repairing.
According to the Project, Quang Ninh province will allocate 81 billion VND from the State budget and mobilize from the community to support 80 million VND/household for new construction and 40 million VND/household for repairs. The implementation period is in 2023, with households completing repairs and new construction in 2024.
Along with supporting people with revolutionary contributions and martyrs' relatives to build new and repair houses, Quang Ninh province has mobilized 17 billion VND to eliminate 246 temporary and dilapidated houses in the area. By the end of September 2023, there are basically no more temporary and dilapidated houses in Quang Ninh province.
This is a meaningful and practical gratitude and social security activity to celebrate the 60th anniversary of the founding of Quang Ninh province (October 30, 1963 - October 30, 2023). At the same time, it affirms the determination of Quang Ninh province to "Leave no one behind".
