Danielle on the cover of the magazine, revealing the return of NewJeans

On April 16, fashion magazine Marie Claire Korea announced the cover model for its May 2024 issue, which is female idol Danielle of Kpop girl group NewJeans.

Four versions of the cover featuring Danielle have been revealed by Marie Claire. In the series of covers, Danielle shows off a diverse style, with youthful, trendy and dynamic outfits. She exudes a charming aura despite her face being made up as naturally as possible and without elaborate hairstyles.

This is Danielle's first magazine cover, nearly a month after being announced as the new global ambassador for luxury fashion brand Celine.

In an interview with Marie Claire, Danielle expressed her excitement for NewJeans' upcoming return in May and June.

“Personally, including all the songs, styles and emotions on our new album, this is the album I'm most excited about.

Reading the messages and letters from the Bunnies (NewJeans famdom) has given us strength. I can't wait to meet our fans who have been patiently waiting, to show our love to them on stage,” said Danielle.

Danielle also emphasized that NewJeans is always exploring new creative avenues, she asserted: "We always try to push the boundaries with our unique colors."

Not only that, the singer of the group NewJeans also expressed his love for music : "Bringing joy to others through music is truly a blessing to me. Music has always been a comfort for me, and I also aspire to become someone who can bring comfort and happiness to others."
