Before that, the specialized Fire Prevention and Rescue Team of Nam Dinh Vu Industrial Park had promptly controlled and extinguished the fire.

Checking the scene, the Fire Fighting and Rescue Team of Area 6 determined that the fire area had no risk of spreading to neighboring locations, ensuring safety for the construction and surrounding environment.

Previously, at around 1:00 p.m. on November 24, at Khoi Nguyen Limited Liability Company, Don Thu village, Truong Tan commune, Hai Phong city, a fire also broke out in a factory containing many flammable materials. The dry weather caused the fire to spread rapidly over an area of about 1,000 square meters. The People's Committee of Truong Tan commune coordinated with the Fire Prevention, Fire Fighting and Rescue Police, and the City Police to mobilize maximum manpower, equipment and temporarily block National Highway 38B to put out the fire.

By about 4 p.m. the same day, the authorities had controlled the fire and completely extinguished it. Fortunately, the fire did not cause any human casualties. Khoi Nguyen Limited Liability Company has 3 factories with an area of about 4,000 square meters and specializes in manufacturing plastic products, suitcases, handbags, shoes, etc.
