Auction of 3,011m2 land with starting price of over 76.4 billion VND in Bac Ninh

According to information from the National Property Auction Portal (Ministry of Justice), Bao Phong Joint Stock Auction Company has just organized an auction of land use rights with an area of ​​3,011 m² at plot number 01.41, map sheet number 17, located on Xuong Giang Street, Ngo Quyen Ward, Bac Giang City (old), now Bac Giang Ward, Bac Ninh Province. The starting price for the entire auctioned property is 76,433 billion VND.

Accordingly, the property to be auctioned is the Right to use 3,011.0m2 of land and property attached to the land at plot No. 01.41; map sheet No. 17; address: Xuong Giang Street, Ngo Quyen Ward, Bac Giang City, Bac Giang Province (now Xuong Giang Street, Bac Giang Ward, Bac Ninh Province); Form of use: private use: 3,011.0m2.

Land use purpose: Land for production and business establishments; Land use term: 70 years (until November 29, 2077); Land use origin: The State allocates land with one-time land use fee collection according to Land Use Right Certificate No. AP 176569 issued by Bac Giang Provincial People's Committee on August 12, 2009 to Vietnam Production and Industry Joint Stock Company.

Assets attached to the land include: House foundation with an area of ​​74.5m2; House surrounded by corrugated iron and roofed with a total area of ​​173.1m2 (of which 56.4m2 is included in the certificate and 116.7m2 is outside the land use right certificate); Concrete yard of 1,040.4m2 (of which 798.5m2 is included in the certificate and 241.9m2 is outside the land use right certificate).

For the construction works outside the area according to the issued Certificate, the Buyer of the auctioned property is responsible for dismantling it when requested by the competent state agency. The starting price for the entire auctioned property is over 76.43 billion VND, the deposit is 7.6 billion VND, excluding taxes, fees and charges related to the transfer. The buyer will have to pay these fees according to the law.
