Full stomach after eating, no HP is what disease?

I have antral gastritis, grade A reflux, have had 3 endoscopy but no HP. Common symptoms include no abdominal pain, only bloating, flatulence, belching, no heartburn, frequent bowel movements, going to the toilet every day at exactly 6am, stools are normal in color. I have used many types of medicine for more than 1 year, but now I have stopped taking the medicine and still have bloating after eating, feeling hungry for a long time, the symptoms have reduced but the disease has not been cured. Please advise me on my case, thank you!

Hello uncle!

Diseases of the stomach in particular and the intestines in general are often caused by a combination of factors. Failure to comply with treatment or not fully assessing risk factors, or not properly intervening in risk factors can lead to disease recurrence or poor response to conventional treatment.

The symptoms that appeared in my uncle are quite common in the context of peptic ulcer, gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), functional dyspepsia or irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) which are quite common nowadays. It can be seen that my uncle is very concerned about his health, so his ability to comply with treatment is very high. He has had 3 endoscopy, so the possibility of missing dangerous lesions in the stomach and duodenum is very low, and the cause of H.pylori bacteria can basically be ruled out.

Most cases will respond after a course of treatment of 4-8 weeks. However, the disease is often related to factors such as lifestyle, psychology, eating habits, food, medication, accompanying chronic diseases, especially neurological disorders (anxiety disorders, insomnia, fear of illness, stress...) which are often difficult to change in a short time, which can lead to a longer-lasting condition.

You should have additional colonoscopy examinations, and have regular communication and trust with your doctor during treatment to fully assess the risk factors of the disease. Wish you good health!
