On February 16, Mr. Dang Ngoc Hau, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, as Head of the delegation, inspected the construction progress of the Martyrs' Temple at Pha Din Pass Historical - Cultural Site, Thuan Chau District.

The Martyrs' Temple at Pha Din Pass Historical - Cultural Spiritual Area was built in Ai Khon village, Muong E commune with an area of 1.53 hectares. The investment scale includes the following items: Martyrs' Temple, temple gate, temple yard, road to the temple, memorial tower... with a total estimated investment of 14 billion 500 million VND, from socialized capital; implementation period from 2023 to 2025.

To implement the project, Thuan Chau district has selected a contractor to conduct land surveying, mark the construction investment boundary; prepare an environmental impact assessment report; conduct statistics, count, and complete land recovery and compensation procedures for the Martyrs' Temple. Through inspection, the items were implemented according to the plan approved by the investor.
The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested Thuan Chau district to coordinate with the construction unit to resolve difficulties in the implementation of the items; use capital effectively in the implementation of the project, ensuring strict compliance with legal regulations. The construction unit focuses on mobilizing human resources to speed up the construction progress of the items; strive to complete and put into use before May 7, 2024. This is a project to celebrate the 70th anniversary of Dien Bien Phu victory (May 7, 1954 - May 7, 2024).
