The 2025 University of Transport Admissions Project continues to have many notable new points to facilitate candidates in choosing and registering for appropriate admission.

Admission methods and admission quotas of the University of Transport

University of Transport enrolls 4,500 students in 2025 through 4 admission methods:

1. Admission based on the results of the 2025 High School Graduation Exam and direct admission of students who have won national and international prizes.

Use the results of the 2025 high school graduation exam for admission.

The admission score is the total score of 3 subjects of the registered admission group (in which the Math score is multiplied by 2) and the priority score (if any).

Direct admission for students who win national and international prizes.

Specifically:

Candidates who win first, second, or third prizes in national or international competitions for excellent students or national or international science and technology competitions organized and sent to participate by the Ministry of Education and Training (MOET); the time of winning the prize is not more than 3 years from the time of direct admission and have graduated from high school will be considered for direct admission to the school according to the program and major suitable for the exam subject. 2. Consider high school transcripts

Use high school academic results (according to high school transcripts) for admission to most majors. Use the total score of three subjects in the admission combination (6 semesters of high school) (in the combinations, the Math score multiplied by 2) for admission.

In which, the average score of each subject of the three subjects in the admission combination does not have any subject (considered for each school year) below 5.50 points.

For candidates using the admission combination with English subject, they can use IELTS certificate from 5.0 or higher (valid until June 30, 2025) instead of high school transcript/graduation exam score in English and converted according to the regulations of the School according to the table below:

3. Consider the 2025 VNU-Hanoi capacity assessment test scores and the capacity assessment of VNU -HCM (for majors recruited and trained at the HCMC branch)

The expected score of the competency assessment test + priority points according to regulations (if any) is 75 points or higher (on a 150-point scale) to submit an application for admission.

4. Consider the 2025 thinking assessment test scores of Hanoi University of Science and Technology for some majors recruiting and training in Hanoi.
