Proposal for coordination in implementing the Plan to implement the Law on Geology and Minerals

BBK - The Department of Agriculture and Environment of Bac Kan has just sent a document to departments, branches and People's Committees of districts and cities requesting coordination in implementing Decision No. 757/QD-UBND dated April 18, 2025 of the Provincial People's Committee on the plan to implement the Law on Geology and Minerals No. 54/2024/QH15.

Leaders of the Management Board of Agricultural and Rural Development Projects of Bac Kan province inspected the use and planned use of land in Ba Be district.

Accordingly, units and localities are requested to coordinate in implementing three key contents, which are: Organizing propaganda and dissemination of the Law on Geology and Minerals to cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers at agencies and units. Reviewing and making a list of legal documents related to geology and minerals that need to be amended, supplemented, replaced or newly issued; sending them to the Department of Agriculture and Environment before June 1, 2025. Strictly implementing the assigned tasks in the implementation plan; if encountering difficulties or problems, promptly report them for coordination and resolution. The implementation results must be reported to the Department of Agriculture and Environment before June 30, 2025.

The Department of Agriculture and Environment recommends that units and localities need to be proactive in coordination to ensure progress and effectiveness in implementing the Law in the whole province./.
