In the method of considering the 2025 high school graduation exam scores, the majors of English Pedagogy, Technology Pedagogy, and Chinese Language are the majors with the highest scores. In which, the standard score for English Pedagogy is 26.70.

On August 22, 2025, the Admissions Council of Hung Yen University of Technical Education announced the admission scores and list of candidates admitted to the first round of regular university admission in 2025 according to 05 admission methods for 25 training majors.

The admission score is: The total score of 3 subjects in the admission combination or the capacity assessment test score, thinking assessment score converted to a 30-point scale + regional and subject priority points (applicable to all admission combinations). The admitted candidate is the candidate whose admission score is greater than or equal to the admission score according to one of the above admission methods.

Admission method code (PTXT): 100 - high school graduation exam results in 2025; 200 - high school learning results; 402 - results of capacity assessment or thinking assessment in 2025; 416, 417 - results of computer-based university entrance assessment test (V-SAT) in 2025.

Note: English score is multiplied by a factor of 2 for the following majors: English Language, English Pedagogy. Chinese score is multiplied by a factor of 2 for the Chinese Language major.

• - Admitted candidates must confirm their enrollment before 5:00 p.m. on August 30, 2025 on the Ministry of Education and Training 's system.
• - The school will send hard copies of admission notices by post and soft copies by email starting from August 23, 2025. Candidates should carefully read the information on both sides of the notice.
• - Candidates pay admission fees through the online transaction system applications from August 23, 2025 to August 28, 2025 (before admission).
• - Admission time is from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on August 28, 2025 at all 3 campuses. For training programs at 2 or 3 campuses, candidates who want to study at a campus will bring their admission application to that campus to complete the procedures.
• - The school has a dormitory with 1,800 seats at the main campus and 600 seats at My Hao campus. Candidates bring a photocopy of the admission notice directly to the dormitory to register for accommodation.
• - From September 3, 2025 to September 7, 2025, new students participate in the first week of political activities at school.
• - From September 8, 2025, new students will start their official study schedule.
• - Students majoring in Information Technology; Electrical and Electronic Engineering Technology; Mechatronic Engineering Technology can register for classes taught in English after admission.

In 2025, Hung Yen University of Technical Education will enroll 3,600 students for 25 training majors. The school has 05 classes of talented students for the majors of Mechatronic Engineering Technology; Computer Science; Control and Automation Engineering Technology; Electrical and Electronic Engineering Technology; Automotive Engineering Technology. Each class has 20-25 students, taught directly by highly qualified lecturers who are professors, associate professors, and doctors. Candidates admitted directly will be given priority for special selection into the talented student class.
