As part of the 2025 United Nations Vesak Festival event series, the program "Buddhist Art Rendezvous" directed by the Central Cultural Committee and the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha of Ho Chi Minh City will take place tonight, May 7 at Thisky Hall, Sala Thu Duc urban area, Ho Chi Minh City.
Buddhist-themed performances from countries such as India, China, Korea, Cambodia, Thailand... along with a Vietnamese art troupe will perform at "Buddhist Art Rendezvous" - Vesak 2025. The Vietnamese art program is sponsored and organized by Venerable Thich Tue Hai, the General Director - Music Director is musician Le Minh Son, with the participation of musician Tran Manh Hung and conductor Le Ha My.

The performing artists include: Symphony Orchestra of the Ho Chi Minh City Opera and Ballet; Phu Dong Folk Music Ensemble; Rhythm Section - Dung Da Lat light band; amateur music group led by Meritorious Artist Huynh Khai, Saigon Choir, Arabesque and Power dance groups, and artists: Viet Hoan, Dang Duong, Lan Anh; singers Duc Tuan, Le Viet Anh, Pham Trang, Dao Mac, Ho Quynh Huong, Ung Hoang Phuc...
"Buddhist Art Rendezvous" - Vesak 2025 is an opportunity for Vietnamese people and international friends to contemplate and spread the profound humanistic values of Buddhism.
The Vesak 2025 Buddhist art event in Ho Chi Minh City will be broadcast live on VTV9, An Vien Television and Buddhist Affairs Online.
