Kieu Anh was one of the artists who participated in the ceremony honoring outstanding artists and some notable books in the fields of performing arts and literature in 2023, organized by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism (VHTTDL), which took place in Bac Giang .
Appearing at the event, the actress wore a magnificent princess-style outfit, designed by stylist Khuc Manh Quan. The design is a limited edition piece, featuring a sweet pink tone on a mesh fabric, handcrafted with thousands of beads and crystals.
On the awards ceremony stage, Kieu Anh received the Outstanding Television Actress of the Year award for her role as a long-suffering daughter-in-law with a life full of misfortune in the drama "Our Family is Suddenly Happy." The actress said she was surprised and happy that her efforts were recognized by the audience and professionals.

During the months she took on the role, Kieu Anh was stressed many times because the character Phuong was so demanding. Earlier at the VTV Awards ceremony, Kieu Anh also won the Most Impressive Actress award for her role as Phuong. Kieu Anh said this was a double joy for her, receiving awards consecutively for her roles.
"Throughout the 8 months working on the film, I've had wonderful memories. I will cherish and always remember that time. When playing the role, I just tried my best and dedicated myself completely, trying to bring out the best emotions so that Phuong's scenes would be the best they could be. I never thought I could win so many awards. I am especially grateful to the audience for this recognition," Kieu Anh shared.
Kieu Anh said she was fortunate to receive major awards because she was only a small part of the film crew, who always worked very hard and strived. "If it weren't for the dedication and understanding of directors Le Do Ngoc Linh and Nguyen Duc Hieu, and the entire crew, I wouldn't have been able to portray Phuong so completely," Kieu Anh expressed.
The actor was delighted with the prestigious award.
Looking back on 2023, Kieu Anh is happy that all her goals have been achieved. The awards in her professional field are a motivation for the actress to continue dedicating herself and striving for excellence in her art, with passion and perseverance, to create more memorable roles after more than 20 years in the profession.

Kieu Anh, born in 1981, was a dancer before gaining widespread recognition for her role in the film "The Sky Ahead." Despite her acting talent, Kieu Anh hasn't acted in many films over her more than 20-year career, instead focusing on her work at the Vietnam National Opera and Ballet Theatre.
After the film "The Sky Ahead ," the overwhelming shadow of her role as Nhung put immense pressure on Kieu Anh to overcome it. At one point, she temporarily stopped acting for 8 years due to doubts about her acting abilities.
In 2012, Kieu Anh returned to the screen with poignant roles in the films "Exemplary Citizens" and "Two Sides of the Horizon". She also gained fame through films such as "White Birch Love Song", "Crocodile Files", "Peaceful Tomorrow" , and most recently, "Our Family is Suddenly Happy". In 2019, Kieu Anh was awarded the title of Meritorious Artist for her contributions to the arts.
