On the morning of December 14th, the second day of the 2025 Pho Day festival took place in a vibrant atmosphere. According to Tuoi Tre Online , the number of customers flocking to the Tax Department Store area at 135 Nguyen Hue, Ho Chi Minh City, was higher than on the first day. Many people formed long queues at Pho Thin Bo Ho, Pho Ngo H'mong Village, Atispho, and other restaurants.
Also this morning, journalist Tran Xuan Toan - Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Tuoi Tre newspaper and Mr. Nguyen Nguyen Phuong - Deputy Director of the Department of Industry and Trade, personally presented letters of thanks to the pho stalls participating in Pho Day.
The pho restaurant can rest assured because every year Tuoi Tre newspaper organizes the event meticulously and professionally.
At the Nho Pho Nui booth, journalist Tran Xuan Toan praised the restaurant's efforts in preparing until 1 AM each day for Pho Day.
Upon meeting with representatives from Pho Tau Bay, Mr. Toan was surprised to find that the restaurant had run out of ingredients by only 9 am.

Next to Pho Tau Bay, Pho Minh was busy serving customers. Mr. Xuan Toan offered words of encouragement, acknowledging the affection customers have for the restaurant, and hoping that Pho Minh will continue to participate in Pho Day and expand its brand to more places across the country.
Pho Phat Tai brought a mobile pho cart to Pho Day. Mr. Toan highly appreciated the creative idea, encouraging them to bring pho carts across the country and participate in food festivals so that traditional pho can be combined with new forms of experience.
Despite being the last stall to open for business on Pho Day, as H'mong Village's corn pho stall only started serving at 2 PM on December 13th, it received enthusiastic support from customers.
Sharing with Mr. Xuan Toan, the representative of H'mong Village corn pho restaurant boasted that they had sold 400 bowls in just the first afternoon and evening. All the ingredients were transported by the restaurant itself from Tuyen Quang province (formerly Ha Giang ) to Ho Chi Minh City.

In addition to presenting thank-you letters, representatives from Tuoi Tre newspaper and Mr. Nguyen Nguyen Phuong also learned about the process of making cassava noodles from Que Son and tried making rice noodles from upland rice in Northwest Vietnam.
For the third time participating in Pho Day, Mr. Hong Hai - representative of Lac Hong Pho - expressed his gratitude upon receiving the thank-you letter. He stated that the reason for participating in the program was because Tuoi Tre newspaper always organizes events in a professional and well-organized manner.
Ms. Tran Tran, owner of Pho 34 Cao Thang, considers this a source of joy and motivation to continue striving to make Pho Day even more perfect.
Christopher, from Vancouver, Canada, shared with a representative from Tuoi Tre newspaper that he was queuing for his third bowl of pho at Pho Day, surprised by the scale of the event. He said he has always been impressed with this dish and has eaten pho many times in Vancouver, at pho restaurants opened by Vietnamese people.
