Welcoming and working with the Petrolimex-JCCP-ENEOS delegation were Mr. Pham Van Su - Deputy Director of Petrolimex Quang Ninh along with representatives of the Investment Technical Management Department, B12 Oil Port, K130 Construction Enterprise and heads of Bai Chay oil depots, K130 oil depots.
At the meeting, the representative of the Company's Investment Technical Management Department gave an overview of the Company's organizational structure, functions, tasks, technical infrastructure system as well as the investment in automation technology systems at petroleum depots and petroleum export terminals; work to ensure fire and explosion safety, environmental protection in production and business activities...
Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Masuda Hitoshi - Senior Executive Director - Technology Director of JCCP highly appreciated the investment in infrastructure, warehouse technology system, pipelines and equipment operation, automated software system in the activities of receiving, storing, pumping and supplying petroleum of Petrolimex Quang Ninh - a unit playing a key role of Petrolimex in the Northern region; Especially the work of ensuring fire safety, protecting the marine ecosystem in petroleum business activities on the threshold of Ha Long Bay heritage site.
Based on the actual survey of the technical infrastructure system, storage tanks, pipelines at Petrolimex Quang Ninh and the contents of the discussion between the working group and the representative leaders of the Company/Unit, the JCCP-ENEOS expert group will have more practical basis to coordinate with Petrolimex to research, develop and implement a number of key contents in the Agreement on Technical Cooperation Project between the two parties related to improving the efficiency of road petroleum import and export to ensure safety and reduce evaporation loss, solutions to minimize greenhouse gas emissions in petroleum transportation and delivery...
Previously, on October 28, 2025, Petrolimex signed a Memorandum of Understanding on the Technical Cooperation Project Agreement with JCCP for the period 2025-2027 with the theme: "Improving environmental sustainability in the distribution of petroleum products in Vietnam". This agreement continues the success of the three previous cooperation phases between Petrolimex and JCCP, and opens a new step in the cooperation relationship between the two sides - not only in the technical field, but also towards the common goal of sustainable development and emission reduction in the energy sector.
