Delegates of the Border Guard Command ( Lang Son Provincial Military Command) spoke, proposed and recommended difficulties and problems that need to be resolved in the process of implementing tasks at the grassroots level.

Over the past time, the leadership and direction mechanism between the Party committee, the government and the military agency in the two-level local government organization has been seriously maintained by the locality, in accordance with the principle of the Party leading, the government managing, the military agency presiding over and coordinating the implementation; the system of documents and books of the Party Committee and the military agency is complete and consistent.

The coordination between military and border agencies with the police and departments, branches, sectors and localities is maintained in a disciplined manner, especially in the work of managing the area, fighting and preventing crimes, preventing and combating natural disasters, and searching and rescuing victims.
