The report at the working session stated: in the period of 2021-2025, PC Lai Chau achieved many outstanding results such as coordinating with related units to complete the 30a Program to support 3 poor districts of Tan Uyen, Than Uyen and Phong Tho with a total cost of 980.2 billion VND. In technical and operational management, by October 31, 2025, PC Lai Chau provided electricity to 119,906 customers, commercial electricity reached 227 million kWh; 100% of communes and wards had electricity, over 98% of households and more than 99% of villages were supplied with electricity. Commercial electricity output increased from 213 million kWh (in 2021) to 274 million kWh (in 2025), revenue increased from 406 billion to nearly 588 billion VND, an average increase of 6.8%/year.

Regarding construction investment, the total investment capital increased steadily, from 124 billion VND (in 2021) to 442 billion VND (in 2025), an average increase of 37%/year, meeting the requirements of expanding the scale of the power grid, improving reliability and operational safety.
