Welcoming the delegation were comrades: Ly Thi Lan, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the full-time National Assembly Delegation of the province; Le Thi Thanh Tra, member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council; Ma Thi Thuy, member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Deputy Head of the full-time National Assembly Delegation of the province and leaders of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of the province.

Delegation of National Assembly deputies of Lang Son province offered incense at the Ho Chi Minh Temple; visited Nguyen Tat Thanh Square (Minh Xuan Ward). At the Tan Trao Special National Relic Site (Tan Trao Commune), the delegation visited the Tan Trao banyan tree; offered incense at Tan Trao Communal House, where on August 16-17, 1945, the National Congress met to decide on the General Uprising to seize power throughout the country, 10 major policies of the Viet Minh, stipulated the National Flag, National Anthem and elected the Vietnam National Liberation Committee, namely the Provisional Government headed by leader Ho Chi Minh; offered incense in memory of President Ton Duc Thang at the National Assembly Standing Committee Relic Site - the residence and workplace of the National Assembly Standing Committee of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam from 1952 to 1954.

The delegation also offered incense at the Memorial of President Ho Chi Minh and revolutionary predecessors, a place to commemorate Uncle Ho and his excellent students throughout the struggle for national liberation and reunification.
At historical sites, the comrades in the delegation expressed their close feelings and gratitude to the local people who sheltered and helped them during the heroic and arduous years of resistance when Uncle Ho and the Party and State leaders lived, worked and led the revolution. The delegates affirmed that each historical site is not only the pride of the people of Tuyen Quang but has become a sacred land, the pride of the whole nation.

On this occasion, the National Assembly Delegation of Lang Son province coordinated with the Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development of Vietnam (Agribank) Lang Son Branch to donate 60 million VND to support the elimination of temporary and dilapidated houses in Tuyen Quang province.
