BHG - On December 24, the 15th National Assembly Delegation of Ha Giang province held a conference to summarize its activities in 2024. Comrade Ly Thi Lan, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the delegation chaired the conference. In 2024, the Provincial National Assembly Delegation had a change in personnel compared to 2023. With the efforts of its members, the delegation has successfully completed its assigned tasks, the organization and implementation process has had many innovations in its activities and achieved many positive results, demonstrating a high sense of responsibility to voters and the people. Delegates actively participated in giving opinions on draft laws at sessions of the National Assembly and conferences giving opinions on draft laws of the National Assembly Committees; participated in giving opinions to the National Assembly when deciding on important issues of the country; fully received citizens according to regulations. The handling of citizens' complaints and denunciations was timely, urging the sectors to resolve them thoroughly; voter contact activities were diversified in form and improved in quality; the relationship with sectors and levels was closely and regularly coordinated.
However, during the implementation process, the delegation also encountered some difficulties, such as: Most of the local National Assembly deputies are concurrently holding positions, so the arrangement and time for research and participation in the delegation's activities are not sufficient. The team of civil servants doing advisory work and serving the delegation's activities carry out many tasks at the same time, leading to some incomplete advisory contents. National Assembly deputies and civil servants of the Office of the National Assembly Delegation and the Provincial People's Council have not received much training on digital transformation; on the other hand, the infrastructure serving digital transformation of the Office has not met the assigned tasks...
At the conference, delegates focused on discussing and proposing directions, tasks, and key work programs for 2025.
Concluding the conference, Head of the 15th National Assembly Delegation of Ha Giang Province, Ly Thi Lan, suggested: In 2025, delegates continue to promote their sense of responsibility, strive to fulfill their assigned tasks well; fully participate in the activities of the delegation; actively study documents to participate in giving opinions at sessions and conferences of the National Assembly, the Central Government, the province, and the locality where they reside to contribute many ideas to bring rights and benefits to the people. At the same time, she requested the Office of the National Assembly Delegation and the Provincial People's Council to continue to promote, learn, gain experience, improve capacity and professional qualifications, meet the requirements of the task to do a good job of advising and assisting the National Assembly Delegation in the coming time.

In 2024, with the attention, leadership and regular direction of the Supreme People's Court, local Party committees and authorities, and the efforts of the collective staff in the sector, the two-level People's Court has excellently completed the assigned tasks in all aspects of work. Accordingly, the quality and rate of resolving cases have been improved; professional inspection, citizen reception, and judicial administration have been increasingly innovated; the rate of cases annulled or amended due to subjective reasons has decreased significantly and is at a very low level, there are no unclear judgments and decisions that are difficult to enforce. During the year, the two-level People's Court resolved over 1,750 cases, reaching a rate of nearly 96%; Of which, 448 criminal cases, 1,228 civil, marriage and family, commercial and labor cases, 9 administrative cases, 68 administrative cases were resolved at the People's Court, nearly 1,200 conciliation and dialogue cases were resolved at the court, the successful conciliation and dialogue rate reached nearly 77%. In addition, the two-level People's Court has done a good job of digital transformation, building an electronic court, and conducting 62 online trials.

Speaking at the conference, Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Committee Ha Thi Minh Hanh highly appreciated the efforts and results of the two-level People's Court in 2024, contributing to maintaining political security and social order and safety of the province. At the same time, she suggested that in 2025, the Provincial People's Court continue to pay attention to investing in facilities and equipment, ensuring effective operations, especially serving the task of digital transformation, building electronic courts, and organizing online court sessions; the two-level People's Court continues to innovate its operations, concretizing the contents of the Resolution on leadership and direction of the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Court into specific tasks of the sector, successfully completing the set criteria; improving the quality of handling and trying all types of cases and incidents; speeding up the progress of handling trial cases, especially cases under the monitoring of the Provincial Party Committee and of public interest; Building a team of officials, especially officials with judicial titles of integrity and professionalism, building a two-level People's Court that is clean, strong, modern, protects justice, serves the Fatherland, and serves the People; paying attention to implementing the Law on Organization of People's Courts as soon as the law comes into effect; developing plans and organizing activities towards the 80th anniversary of the People's Court tradition and the tasks of the Head of the Emulation Cluster of the People's Courts of the Northern mountainous provinces.
At the conference, Bac Quang District People's Court received the Emulation Flag of the Government; many collectives and individuals of the two-level People's Court received the title of Excellent Labor Collective and Certificates of Merit from the Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court for their outstanding achievements in 2024.
