The international trade delegation of nearly 30 delegates from countries such as UAE, India, Thailand, Nigeria, Tanzania, Ivory Coast, Ghana, UK, Spain, Cambodia... visited a number of exhibition booths at the First Autumn Fair - 2025.
Visiting the exhibition booth of Dong Nai province, the international delegation met and discussed with the leaders of the Department of Industry and Trade of Dong Nai province and some local manufacturing enterprises. Here, Mr. Vu Ngoc Long, Director of the Department of Industry and Trade of Dong Nai province, briefly introduced the typical agricultural products of Dong Nai province, notably cashew nuts, coffee, etc. to the international delegation.
Right here, the representative of the international delegation expressed their desire to find quality sources of goods to promote trade and export this product to Middle Eastern countries. The foreign business delegation and representatives of Dong Nai province businesses had initial contact, exchanged information, and aimed to sign cooperation agreements to export cashew nuts and coffee in the near future.
Representatives of this foreign business delegation also expressed their desire to use the fair to find potential suppliers or customers, learn about new trends and technologies, connect and build partnerships with Vietnamese businesses. At the same time, learn detailed information about industries and exhibitors for the possibility of attending the Autumn Fair in the near future.
This is also the business delegation attending the 14th Vietnam International Cashew Conference (GCR) in Hanoi, under the National Trade Promotion Program chaired by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Vietnam and implemented by the Vietnam Cashew Association (VINACAS).
The first Autumn Fair - 2025 is an opportunity to introduce the potential and strengths of Vietnam's agricultural industry, while connecting domestic enterprises with international partners, contributing to enhancing the value and position of Vietnamese products in the global market. Representatives of the Trade Promotion Agency and the Vietnam Cashew Association hope to contribute to bringing Vietnamese cashew products closer to potential markets, promoting export turnover and sustainable development of the industry.
Mr. Vu Ba Phu, Director of the Trade Promotion Agency (Ministry of Industry and Trade), said that this is a national-scale fair, organized to reach international and regional levels. The goal is to make the Autumn Fair a prestigious and important annual meeting point in the journey for merchants around the world to seek business opportunities in Vietnam.
At this fair, there will be about 300 international delegations coming to the fair to organize import-export trade activities with Vietnam, 20 specialized seminars and conferences to sell products that the market needs, to create excitement and professionalism for the fair.
"This is also the first fair that combines trade promotion, investment activities, with cultural and political activities. It is expected to have about 500,000 attendees. The fair is not only an economic activity to stimulate production and consumption, but also aims to promote the image of the homeland and the image of Vietnam to the world," said Mr. Phu.
