Among them, WinCommerce stands out as a typical enterprise implementing Resolution 68 in the retail sector, serving as an important link between manufacturers and consumers, driving the economy towards higher quality standards.
Taking place from October 25th to November 4th, 2025 at the Vietnam Exhibition Center (VEC, Hanoi), the Autumn Fair is the largest trade promotion event ever organized by the Ministry of Industry and Trade , covering an area of over 130,000m², with nearly 3,000 booths and expected to attract up to 500,000 visitors per day.
This is a key national-level trade promotion initiative aimed at boosting production, stimulating demand, and increasing consumption, thereby contributing to the overall economic growth and helping to achieve GDP growth targets of 8% or more in 2025 and 10% in subsequent years.

WinMart is offering over 20,000 essential products at the Autumn Fair.
Promoting a modern lifestyle and honoring high-quality Vietnamese brands.
In the "Autumn Prosperity" section – considered the "heart" of the fair – WinMart (a retail chain belonging to WinCommerce, a subsidiary of Masan Group) showcases essential goods including food, consumer goods, beverages, confectionery, cosmetics, etc., in a modern shopping environment.
Participating in the Autumn Fair, WinMart recreated a modern supermarket space on an area of nearly 200m², offering visitors more than 20,000 essential items used in the daily lives of tens of millions of Vietnamese families. On average, the WinMart booth attracted thousands of visitors and shoppers each day.

Reputable cosmetic and personal care products are available at WinMart.
The fresh food section is attractively displayed with high-quality Vietnamese brands: Vegetables and fruits from WinEco's high-tech farms meet VietGAP, Organic, and GlobalGAP standards; MEATDeli chilled meat is produced from live pigs sourced from VietGAP-GlobalGAP certified farms and processed using European chilled meat technology.
In addition, WinMart introduces a shopping space for OCOP (One Commune One Product) products, a place that honors the value of local Vietnamese goods. Visitors have the opportunity to discover and enjoy characteristic products from many regions such as Hai Binh wood-roasted cashews, Nang Huong rice noodles, Tam Duc pickled eggplant, etc. All these products are also widely available at WinMart supermarkets nationwide. This contributes to boosting domestic consumption and promoting trusted Vietnamese brands to a wider consumer base.
Checking in at the WinMart booth, Ms. Nguyen Huong Mai (an office worker in Hanoi) shared: “WinMart is easily found everywhere, shopping is very convenient because of the wide variety of goods. I often visit the ready-to-eat food section. The food suits my taste, and there are many choices that follow modern consumer trends.”
Retail infrastructure - a link in modern consumption.
At the Domestic Trade Development Policy Forum held on October 28th within the framework of the Autumn Fair, Mr. Bui Nguyen Anh Tuan, Deputy Director of the Department of Domestic Market Management and Development, emphasized that the domestic market is not only a foundation but also an important space for realizing sustainable development goals and improving the quality of life for the people.
Commenting on the role of domestic retail businesses, Mr. Tuan said: “Domestic retail chains like WinMart not only maintain market share for Vietnamese businesses but also serve as an important link between manufacturers and consumers, driving the economy towards higher quality standards. WinCommerce is one of the pioneering businesses implementing Resolution 68 in the retail sector, contributing to the modernization of the national consumer infrastructure.”
After 11 years of operation, WinMart/WinMart+/WiN has become the largest modern retail chain in Vietnam with nearly 4,500 outlets in 34 provinces and cities, serving approximately 32 million customers per month and having over 11 million member customers. All products undergo strict quality and origin control regulations from the input stage, through warehousing and distribution to the point of sale. Consumers have access to a standardized retail model and can be assured of product quality.

The tropical fruit section at WinMart offers a wide variety of fruits for sale.
The continuous expansion of domestic retail chains is considered to have played a significant role in changing people's consumption habits – from traditional shopping to choosing modern channels, prioritizing goods with clear origins, safety, and convenience.
WinMart-WinMart+ is not only the most modern retail chain with the largest coverage nationwide, but it has also become a crucial link in the national consumer infrastructure. Leveraging the strengths of the Masan ecosystem, WinCommerce possesses the logistical advantages of SUPRA Company – a modern operating system that optimizes supply speed, reduces costs per product, and enhances long-term competitiveness. From there, WinMart connects tens of millions of households with essential products, high-quality services, and a convenient, modern lifestyle, targeting over 100 million Vietnamese consumers.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy Huong, Director of Operations for WinCommerce Northern Region, stated: “As a bridge supplying high-quality essential goods in a civilized and convenient shopping environment, WinMart aims to contribute to the modernization of retail, thereby promoting the modern development of Vietnam.”
