Among the 19 candidates with the highest scores in block (combination) C00 including literature, history, and geography, all come from the northern provinces.

Of which, Bac Ninh has the majority with 13 valedictorians. Following is Nghe An with 2 valedictorians. The provinces of Nam Dinh, Thai Binh, Thanh Hoa, Ninh Binh... each have 1 valedictorian.
