Binh Thuan Ward Trade Union was established in early July 2025, currently managing 20 grassroots trade unions with over 3,300 union members. Although newly established, the Ward Trade Union has closely coordinated with the government, the Fatherland Front and other organizations, implementing many activities to care for the lives of union members.

Comrade Le Huynh Thi Hoa Phuong, Chairwoman of Binh Thuan Ward Trade Union, reported at the Congress.

Notable activities include visiting and giving gifts to workers and disadvantaged people; implementing the "Union Meal" program; establishing the model "Union participates in environmental protection in residential areas". In addition, the union also proactively follows the grassroots, grasps the situation, promptly detects and recommends to competent authorities any problems and shortcomings in policy implementation; coordinates with functional agencies to deploy solutions to ensure workers' rights.

With the slogan of action: "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Innovation" for the comprehensive development of Lam Dong province in general and Binh Thuan ward in particular, Binh Thuan ward Trade Union has set out specific goals, tasks and solutions for the term 2025 - 2030.

The Chairman of the Lam Dong Provincial Labor Federation proposed that for the 2025-2030 term, the Binh Thuan Ward Trade Union should proactively research and promptly advise to effectively implement the union's programs and action plans. At the same time, closely coordinate with the government to effectively implement patriotic emulation campaigns and movements of agencies, units and enterprises. In the new situation, the Ward Trade Union must innovate the content and form of propaganda, create suitable cultural and sports playgrounds for union members and workers to improve their spiritual life and health. Along with that, union activities must focus on the grassroots, taking the grassroots as the area of operation, taking the results, participation and satisfaction of union members and workers as a measure of the success of the union organization.

The Executive Committee of Binh Thuan Ward Trade Union was introduced at the Congress

The Congress announced the decision of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Labor Federation on appointing the Executive Committee and Standing Committee of the Binh Thuan Ward Trade Union for the first term, 2025 - 2030. Comrade Le Huynh Thi Hoa Phuong was appointed as Chairwoman of the Binh Thuan Ward Trade Union for the first term.
