According to the Central Hydrometeorological Station, from November 1, the cold air mass will affect the Da Nang area, the Northeast wind will gradually increase to level 3-4, gusting to level 5; in some places in the sea level 6-7, gusting to level 8, rough sea, waves 2-4m high. The lowest temperature is commonly 22-24 degrees Celsius, in some mountainous areas 20-22 degrees Celsius. Due to the influence of the cold air mass combined with the disturbance of the East wind above, from November 1 to 3, Da Nang is likely to experience widespread heavy rain with a total rainfall of 150-350mm, in some places over 500mm.

The City Civil Defense Command requires units to closely monitor weather developments, organize shifts, and provide timely information so that people can proactively respond; review and prepare disaster prevention plans. Projects under construction must have measures to prevent flooding and ensure safety for people and vehicles.
The Department of Construction is assigned to coordinate the handling of flooding and landslides; the Department of Tourism and localities notify accommodation establishments and tourist areas to proactively ensure the safety of tourists. Border guards, agriculture and irrigation forces strengthen inspection of reservoirs and management of boats to prevent unexpected incidents.
