Innovating the Party's leadership method based on data and technology

Party agencies need to speed up the digitization of documents; Party committees need to promote innovation in leadership and direction methods based on data and technology platforms, transforming reporting and management activities in the digital environment.

That was the direction of Secretary of the City Party Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Da Nang City Nguyen Van Quang at the 1st Congress (term 2025-2030) of the Party Committee of Party Agencies of Da Nang City, which took place on the morning of August 5.

Secretary of the Da Nang City Party Committee Nguyen Van Quang emphasized that the task of implementing administrative reform associated with digital transformation in agencies under the Party Committee is a top breakthrough task, aiming to improve performance and efficiency in the context of streamlining the apparatus of the political system and operating two-level local governments.

Party agencies must be pioneers, leaders, and exemplary in handling work in the digital environment; at the same time, promote the role of leaders in leading, directing, and guiding the digital transformation work of their agencies and units, promoting the digital transformation process to become substantive and effective.

According to Secretary of the Da Nang City Party Committee Nguyen Van Quang, the Party Committee of the Party Agencies of Da Nang City is a completely new Party organization model under the City Party Committee, under the direct direction of the Standing Committee of the Da Nang City Party Committee.

The Secretary of the Da Nang City Party Committee acknowledged and highly appreciated the work of preparing the political report, the opinions discussed and contributed at the Congress; at the same time, he believed that in the coming term, the Party Committee will focus on doing well the work of building and rectifying the Party, building a strong political system, improving the capacity and fighting strength of the Party organization and the contingent of Party members...

At the Congress, delegates agreed to set out 6 key tasks for the 2025-2030 term. According to Nguyen Dinh Vinh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee and Secretary of the Party Committee of Da Nang City Party Agencies, among the 6 key tasks, administrative reform and digital transformation are focused on.

Specifically, the Party Committees of Party agencies will promote digital applications in Party management, operation, inspection and supervision; effectively deploy the management of documents, Party member records, and Party organization management on digital platforms; continue to effectively use the electronic "Party member handbook" software, online conferences, paperless meeting rooms, and improve digital literacy and digital technology skills for staff.

Immediately after the Congress, comrades in the Standing Committee and the Standing Committee of the Party Committees of Party agencies will be the first to implement, learn from experience while doing, and accelerate the expansion and spread to other subjects.

The Congress of the Party Committee of the Party Agencies of Da Nang City had the participation of 300 official delegates, representing 1,922 party members in 12 party organizations of the entire Party Committee. The Congress was held in the context of the entire Party and people changing the state from "running and lining up" to "straight lines, clear paths, unanimously moving towards the future."

With the spirit of “Solidarity-Democracy-Discipline-Innovation” and high political determination, the Congress focused on discussing and resolving key directions, targets and tasks to build an increasingly strong Party organization, actively contributing to the overall development of Da Nang city in the coming time./.
