Thereby contributing to building a class of well-behaved, studious children; nurturing and cultivating young buds that are both red and specialized, confidently advancing to the Youth Union.

Building a generation of patriotic Tay Ninh children

From the creativity, dedication, and wholeheartedness for beloved juniors, in recent years, under the close guidance of the Provincial Youth Union Council, the Youth Union chapters at district, town, city, and school levels have truly promoted their role in creating a healthy and useful playground for team members, teenagers, and children; helping them to study and practice skills, especially orienting the education of national cultural traditions, sowing the seeds of revolutionary ideals, arousing national pride and love for the homeland.

The Border Lesson Model of Tan Bien District Youth Union educates the love of the Fatherland's border for the team members.

A typical example is the Border Lesson model of the Tan Bien District Youth Union. This is one of the educational models, nurturing love for the homeland, patriotism, and pride in territorial integrity among the team members and students in the border area. The model was implemented by the Tan Bien Youth Union in coordination with border posts in the district on 100% of the teams in the district from the 2022-2023 school year and has been maintained to date. This is also one of the district's pilot models responding to the campaign "Proud of a strip of land and rivers" launched by the Central Youth Union.

In that meaningful lesson, the children learned about border lines and landmarks; and visited actual border landmarks in the district. Through the visual and vivid teaching method, the team members and students in the district understood the concepts of border demarcation and marker planting; the difficulties and hardships of soldiers on duty at the border.

At the same time, contributing to building a generation of children who live gratefully and respect the past and history.

Not stopping at educational and propaganda models, the Provincial Youth Union has made great strides in creating an open environment for children to have the right to speak up and express their thoughts and aspirations through the Children's Council model. The model has been piloted in Duong Minh Chau district since 2023 and has been replicated throughout the province.

At the end of 2024, the Provincial Youth Union Standing Committee decided to establish the "Children's Council" of Tay Ninh province for the 2024-2025 term, consisting of 35 delegates and 15 council advisors, opening a model to develop leadership skills and promote children's rights in society for adolescents and children.

Tay Ninh children confidently step up to the Youth Union

The above activities and movements have created conditions for training and comprehensive development for Tay Ninh children. Many generations of team members and children have been educated, trained, and built good qualities from ethics, lifestyle to knowledge, skills, promoting the spirit of overcoming difficulties, solidarity, integration, communication, and awareness of health training and environmental protection. Those good qualities and essential skills have become solid provisions for advancing to the Youth Union.

Bui Phuc An - Team leader of An Thanh Secondary School, Trang Bang town, a dedicated team member who has grown up with the Team work and the children's movement, shared that after nearly 9 years of working with the Team work and the children's movement, he has learned many soft skills such as speaking in front of a crowd, leading a group, knowing how to build a study plan, and participating in movements scientifically . From a self-conscious person, he has become open to everyone and confident in speaking in front of a crowd. Team activities and children's movements have helped him develop himself, becoming a stepping stone for him to firmly advance to the Youth Union.

Ngo Thi Kim Cuong, a 10th grade student at Nguyen Thai Binh High School, was awarded the Uncle Ho Badge by Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Pham Hung Thai.

Recalling the time she spent working with the Young Pioneers and the children's movement, Ngo Thi Kim Cuong, a 10th grader at Nguyen Thai Binh High School in Duong Minh Chau District, still feels nostalgic and filled with emotions. Kim Cuong expressed that throughout her school years, working with the Young Pioneers and the children's movements had become an indispensable part of her journey to adulthood.

Through the work of the Youth Union, I have learned how to work in a team, listen and share with friends. I am also more confident when participating in cultural activities, speaking in front of a crowd or hosting a program. In particular, a sense of responsibility and discipline have gradually formed in me through taking on roles such as class monitor and team leader. These things not only help me become more confident in studying and communicating, but also create a solid foundation for me when entering the ranks of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union.

Now, as a member of the Youth Union, I appreciate even more the years of training in the Team . The Team activities have helped me grow up every day, so that today I am proud to continue that tradition in the green youth uniform. I also understand more clearly the role and responsibility of a Youth Union member - not only studying well but also living with ideals, dreams and contributing to the community.
