Welcome to the National Monument of Nguyen Phi Sai Church

The People's Committee of Thach Ha district, in coordination with Thach Long commune and Nguyen Phi clan, has just held a ceremony to receive the National Monument Ranking Certificate for Nguyen Phi Sai Tomb and Church.

The Third Nguyen Phi Sai (1558-1634) was an official under the Le Trung Hung Dynasty. He was a talented and strategic general who made many great achievements. Throughout his military career, he was always loyal to the court, patriotic, compassionate, intelligent and brave. For more than 45 years of supporting the Le Dynasty to save the country, Nguyen Phi Sai was repeatedly awarded titles and rewards by the Le Dynasty. Because of his great achievements, in 1634 - after his death, Vo Quan Cong Nguyen Phi Sai was listed by the Le Trung Hung Dynasty as a loyal and righteous mandarin, promoted to Thieu Bao, granted 30 hectares of rice fields, and had a temple built in his hometown.

Procession The National Monument ranking of Nguyen Phi Sai's Tomb and Church was solemnly celebrated by local people.

In recognition of the great contributions of Vo Quan Cong Nguyen Phi Sai, on January 23, 2007, the People's Committee of Ha Tinh province issued Decision No. 238, ranking Nguyen Phi Sai Church as a provincial historical and cultural relic; on November 20, 2024, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism issued a decision on ranking "Nguyen Phi Sai's Tomb and Church" as a national relic.
