Bellingham's response to Yamal

Right after Real Madrid's 2-1 victory over Barcelona in round 10 of La Liga on the morning of October 27, midfielder Jude Bellingham attracted attention when he posted a cryptic message on social media.

On his personal Instagram page, the English midfielder shared a photo of himself celebrating with his arms outstretched along with a short caption: “Talk is cheap. Hala Madrid siempre”.

Bellingham then went on to share Elvis Presley’s “A Little Less Conversation” in his story. Although he didn’t mention anyone directly, fans understood that Bellingham was directing his comments at Lamine Yamal, the young Barcelona star who had made controversial comments before the Clasico.

In the days before the match, Yamal caused a stir when he appeared on the Kings League program and mocked Real Madrid: "They steal and scream at the same time." This comment implied that the Spanish Royal team is often favored by referees.

Not stopping there, Yamal continued to "create heat" on social networks when he reposted an image from a previous El Clasico match - the moment he was booed by Real Madrid fans in the stands - as a way of declaring that "Yamal is not afraid of the Bernabeu".

In response to all of Yamal’s moves, Bellingham chose to express himself on the pitch. The English midfielder played brilliantly, scoring 1 goal and contributing 1 assist, contributing greatly to Real Madrid winning all 3 points. Bellingham’s performance was in complete contrast to Yamal, when the 18-year-old striker failed to score against Real Madrid’s tight defense.

Yamal provokes Real Madrid stars On the night of October 26, Lamine Yamal was seen arguing with Real Madrid stars during Barcelona's 1-2 defeat in El Clasico.
