On the morning of September 8, comrade Nguyen Khac Than, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee inspected the progress of the Ngo Quyen road project ( Thai Binh city) and the progress of site clearance (GPMB) for the project to relocate production and business establishments, headquarters of agencies, units and some residential areas along the Tra Ly river. Accompanying him were comrade Dang Thanh Giang, member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; leaders of some departments, branches, sectors and Thai Binh city.

After a long period of entanglement, the bottleneck at Ngo Quyen Street has been cleared and is currently implementing construction of roadbed, drainage, and embankment items of the 3/2 river. During a direct inspection at the project construction site, the Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee praised the city for its efforts in site clearance at this traffic bottleneck. He requested the city to direct the construction unit to urgently complete the project in September 2023; thereby speeding up the connection with Ly Thuong Kiet Street, ensuring convenient and safe travel for people. During the construction process, it is necessary to pay attention to environmental sanitation, ensuring technical and aesthetic quality of the project; creating facade architecture and urban beauty of the city and soon having a plan to complete the lighting system, trees, sidewalks on the route...

The Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the Provincial Tax Department to coordinate with Thai Binh City to urgently review and resolve recommendations and proposals from people and businesses related to corporate income tax procedures at the land acquisition and site clearance locations.

Comrade Nguyen Khac Than, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, requested the construction unit to focus on speeding up progress and completing the project in September 2023.

The construction unit is completing the final items of the project.

Next, the Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee inspected the progress of the project to relocate production and business establishments, headquarters of agencies, units and some residential areas along the Tra Ly River.

Phase 1 of the project has a land acquisition area of 25 hectares; of which 61 households must carry out land acquisition. Currently, the city has publicly posted the draft compensation and support plan for 9 enterprises, of which 5 enterprises have voluntarily applied to relocate. Also in phase 1 of the project, 61 households must carry out land acquisition. Through propaganda, most people agree with the project. 51/61 households submitted relevant documents and papers, of which 28/61 households have applied to recover land before the deadline and the city has conducted an inventory of the assets of 28 households; is verifying the land use origin of the remaining households. The city has deployed for households to register the location of resettlement land plots and new residential land from August 10, 2023, 51/61 households have registered the location of land plots.

The Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee visited a number of households that had to be recovered and cleared land to implement the project, including the family of Mrs. Pham Thi Du, Le Hong Phong ward (Thai Binh city). Sharing with the provincial leaders, Mrs. Du said that she was a soldier participating in the resistance war against the US; her family has now lived here for 50 years on an area of ^125m2 . When the city had a policy of land clearance to implement the project, she and her family members completely agreed, supported and were ready to hand over the clean land to the locality. Along with Mrs. Du's family, the households here also highly agreed with the project and hoped that the project would be implemented soon as well as to be arranged for resettlement land soon.

After listening to the sharing and recommendations of some households subject to land acquisition and clearance, on behalf of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, and Provincial People's Committee, the Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee thanked the people in the project area for their agreement and support in handing over the land to implement the project.

Emphasizing the role, significance and importance of the project, the Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the city to coordinate with relevant departments and branches to implement the procedures for land recovery and compensation support in accordance with the law and the project approved by the Provincial People's Council; focus on doing a good job of propaganda and mobilization, land clearance; the city arranges resettlement areas for people subject to land recovery and land clearance in the spirit of ensuring that the new accommodation must be better than the old one. Focus on implementing the work to ensure compliance with the set schedule and plan.
