Thuan Hanh Commune was established on the basis of merging two old commune-level administrative units, Thuan Hanh and Thuan Ha, with a population of 19,236 people, including 15 ethnic groups living in 18 villages. This commune has a 23.194km long border, adjacent to Mondulkiri province, Cambodia.

During the past term, the Fatherland Front of Thuan Hanh commune has implemented and exceeded the targets set by the Congress. The role and position of the Fatherland Front of the commune in the political system continued to be affirmed and enhanced. The Fatherland Front of the commune has proactively innovated the content and methods of operation with the motto "listen to the people, speak so that the people understand, make the people believe", gradually meeting the requirements of the front work in the new situation.

Along with the State's investment, the Commune Fatherland Front has mobilized the people to contribute labor and money to build and upgrade essential infrastructure, renovate houses, sanitation works, and clean water to help maintain the commune to meet new rural standards. 18/18 villages and hamlets have achieved cultural titles; over 96% of households have been recognized as cultural families.

This result, in addition to the efforts of the Party Committee, government and people, also has a significant contribution from the Vietnam Fatherland Front and its member organizations.

Immediately after the Congress, the Commune Fatherland Front needs to proactively develop a plan and concretize an action program so that the Resolution can soon come into life; proactively review, report, and advise the Commune Party Committee on solutions to continue to perfect and effectively operate the new apparatus, successfully complete assigned tasks, especially assigning the right tasks to the right people, the right jobs, and the right expertise.

Comrade Pham Thi Phuc hopes and believes that the Fatherland Front of Thuan Hanh commune will successfully implement the Action Program for the 2025 - 2030 term, contributing to realizing the goals set by the Resolution of the 1st Thuan Hanh Commune Party Congress: "... focusing on orienting the development of green economy, circular economy, digital economy; developing culture - society, contributing to improving people's spiritual life; promoting democracy and the strength of great solidarity... striving for Thuan Hanh commune to achieve the status of an advanced new rural commune by 2030".

The congress elected 55 members of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Thuan Hanh commune for the first time, term 2025-2030. The first meeting of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the commune elected positions in the Standing Committee; Mr. Tran Le Cuong was elected to hold the position of Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Thuan Hanh commune. The congress also elected a delegation to attend the Congress of Vietnam Fatherland Front of Lam Dong province, term 2025-2030.
