On the afternoon of April 22, a delegation of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee led by Comrade Tong Quang Thin, Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, visited and presented gifts to Dien Bien soldiers in Nho Quan district.
