Dong Nai has 8 social housing projects eligible to borrow a credit package of 120 trillion VND.

(DN) - On November 1, the Department of Construction of Dong Nai province said that the Provincial People's Committee has just announced the addition of 3 social housing projects eligible for preferential loans under the 120 trillion VND credit program for loans for social housing, worker housing, and renovation and reconstruction of apartments (120 trillion VND package).

These are the projects: Social housing apartment building (belonging to the Residential Area Project according to the planning in Long Thanh commune); Social housing project on a 1.4ha land plot (in Long Hung ward) and Social housing apartment building project NXH2 - Block A, Block B (belonging to the Residential and resettlement area project in Phuoc Tan ward).

Previously, the Provincial People's Committee had announced the eligibility to borrow the 120 trillion VND package for 5 projects. These are: Industrial park worker housing area (Nhon Trach commune); Apartment complex serving workers (belonging to the Housing Development Project at Bau Xeo Industrial Park Service Center, Trang Bom commune); Social housing area in Bao Vinh ward; A6-A7 social housing (Tran Bien ward) and Hung Thinh social housing project ( Binh Phuoc ward).

The announcement by the Provincial People's Committee that the project is eligible to borrow from the 120 trillion VND package is the basis for banks to apply loans to investors and home buyers according to regulations.
