Provincial Road 830E project is still stuck in land clearance.
The project started construction in April 2023, playing a role in connecting key traffic axes of the Southern key economic region, serving industrial, urban and logistics development.
However, after more than 2 years of implementation, the project still has many problems, especially site clearance.
In My Yen and Ben Luc communes, compensation has been paid to 798/878 cases, reaching 36.77/40.16 hectares. However, there are still 80 households (3.39 hectares) who have not agreed with the compensation price and resettlement policy.
In Long Cang commune, 146/155 households were counted, with an area of 9.89/10.08 hectares (equivalent to 98.1%).
As for the section passing through the expanded Phuc Long Industrial Park, the Provincial People's Committee has temporarily not organized site clearance because it is still waiting for coordination from the investor.
In addition, the resettlement area serving the project has not completed its infrastructure, affecting the handover of land to households whose land has been recovered.
Currently, there are still about 950m of undelivered land on the entire route, concentrated at important intersections such as Provincial Road 830, National Highway 1, Phuoc Tu and An Thanh Bridge. The Provincial People's Committee has directed relevant departments, branches and localities to urgently remove obstacles, complete resettlement areas and mobilize people to receive compensation.
Accelerating the progress of Provincial Road 830E not only contributes to completing the dynamic axis traffic system, but also creates a foundation for sustainable development for Tay Ninh and neighboring areas./.
