New Central Axis Road Project has handed over 86% of the site

The reason is that many legal procedures related to compensation, support, consideration and organization of resettlement lottery, consideration of temporary housing support for people have not been completed and submitted to competent authorities for approval before the district level is removed. Some cases that do not meet the resettlement conditions have been agreed to be given priority to buy social housing, but currently the housing project has not been completed. Most people want to be resettled in place (old Hiep Hoa ward), but up to now the land planned for resettlement does not have enough legal documents to implement.

In the coming time, the People's Committee of Tran Bien Ward will continue to carry out the tasks of approving resettlement, deciding on land recovery, approving temporary residence fees; organizing mediation for disputed cases, and at the same time mobilizing households to comply with the recovery decision.
