At the same time, the Hanoi People's Committee requested VIDEC to strictly review and learn from the above violations, organize to correct the violations, comply with the administrative handling of state agencies on investment, construction, business, and financial obligations. Urgently prepare documents to submit to the Department of Planning and Investment to organize the appraisal of the adjustment of investment policies in accordance with regulations.

The inspection and review of urban development projects in Me Linh under the direction of the Prime Minister will be assigned to the Department of Planning and Investment to preside over and coordinate with relevant departments to learn from experience in the inspection and supervision of investment according to the functions and tasks of the units handling administrative violations against the violations of investors. After the investor corrects the violations, evaluate the investor's capacity, and organize the appraisal of the investment policy according to regulations. The People's Committee of Me Linh district seriously learns from the experience in allowing violations and shortcomings in land acquisition and site clearance at the project.

In addition, to synchronize the handling and remedy of violations at the project, the City People's Committee proposed that the Prime Minister consider and direct the Vinh Phuc Provincial People's Committee to review the project's investment and construction procedures according to regulations (before August 1, 2008), and handle them according to authority .
