Duc Trong: People agree on investment policy for Bao Loc - Lien Khuong Expressway Project

(LĐ online) - The Lam Dong Provincial Traffic Project Management Board, specialized departments of Duc Trong district, the Duc Trong District Construction Investment and Public Works Project Management Board have just coordinated with the Ninh Gia Commune People's Committee to organize a Conference to publicize the investment policy of the Bao Loc - Lien Khuong Expressway Project, the section passing through Ninh Gia commune.

At the Conference, leaders of Ninh Gia commune and villages in the commune, along with organizations, households and individuals whose land is affected by the project were provided with clear and transparent information about the project, creating a basis for the District Public Works and Construction Investment Project Management Board to submit to the District People's Committee and the District Department of Agriculture and Environment to issue a Notice of land recovery for affected households and individuals.

At the Conference, delegates were approved important decisions of the Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee related to the project, specifically: Decision No. 669/QD-UBND dated March 31, 2025 on approving the Bao Loc - Lien Khuong expressway construction investment project under the public-private partnership method (phase 1); Decision No. 1025/QD-UBND dated May 15, 2025 on approving the Project's site clearance and road boundary design documents; Decision No. 42/QD-UBND dated November 7, 2024 and Decision No. 15/2025/QD-UBND dated March 19, 2025 on regulating the unit price for compensation for crop damage when the State acquires land in Lam Dong province.

In addition, the list of preliminary review of the area and organizations and individuals whose land is affected is also made public, along with Document No. 275/BQLDA dated May 20, 2025 of the District Public Works and Construction Investment Project Management Board. Notices No. 59/TB-UBND dated April 10, 2025 and No. 96/TB-UBND dated May 21, 2025 of the Ninh Gia Commune People's Committee are also widely disseminated.

At the same time, all relevant organizations, individuals and households are requested to pay attention to, support, agree with and comply with the Party's policies and guidelines and the State's laws in compensation and site clearance work in accordance with regulations, creating favorable conditions for the project to be implemented smoothly.

It is recommended that organizations, individuals and related parties with land areas in the area and scope to be recovered under the Bao Loc - Lien Khuong expressway project that have been temporarily staked (wooden stakes) and concrete stakes in the coming time are not allowed to arbitrarily demolish or relocate stakes that have been staked, not to prevent the stake burial, not to build new structures, structures, plant perennial trees, not to illegally level or renovate the site, not to illegally change the land use purpose, or illegally divide plots without permission from competent authorities.

In addition, at the conference, the Management Board of Construction Investment Projects and Public Works of Duc Trong District also preliminarily approved the contents of the State's regulations on compensation, support and resettlement policies when land is recovered; expected content of the compensation, support and resettlement plan; expected resettlement areas in case people whose land is recovered are resettled. Approved the decisions of the Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee on the regulations on unit prices for compensation for crop damage when the State recovers land; Price list of State land types and other related contents for the entire meeting to know.

At the Conference, most of the organizations, individuals, and households with land areas within the boundary of the Bao Loc - Lien Khuong Expressway Project through the commune, all participants grasped the policies of the competent authorities on the implementation of the above project, unanimously supported, agreed, and complied with the Party's guidelines and policies and the State's laws to implement the project; at the same time, requested to promptly implement compensation and site clearance work so that people can feel secure in production on the remaining land area and soon stabilize their lives.
