Ecovacs launches Deebot X11 robot vacuum cleaner, supports Vietnamese

The Ecovacs brand has just officially launched a pair of high-end vacuum and mop robots, including Deebot X11 OmniCyclone and Deebot X11 Pro Omni. Notably, the product supports control in Vietnamese.

The Ecovacs Deebot X11 robot duo features some of the first technologies on the market, focusing on fast charging capabilities, advanced mopping and vacuuming systems. Among them, the Deebot X11 OmniCyclone and Deebot X11 Pro Omni are priced at 26 and 24.99 million VND respectively.

With a price difference of only 1 million VND, the two products have almost the same features, only different in the design of the charging station. The charging station of the Deebot X11 OmniCyclone version uses a direct dust container, not a disposable dust bag like the Deebot X11 Pro Omni version. In addition, the size of the clean and dirty water trays on the stations of the two versions are also different.

One of the outstanding new features of the Deebot X11 series is the PowerBoost fast charging technology, described by Ecovacs as the first technology in the industry when it can charge nearly 6% battery in 3 minutes. Thus, the robot can operate almost continuously without having to stop to charge like conventional robots.

In terms of cleaning function, the Deebot X11 series continues to use the roller brush first introduced on the Deebot X8 Pro Omni. This roller brush still inherits the basic features of the previous generation: rotating at 200 rpm, integrating 8 clean water nozzles, a dirty water recovery system to continuously clean the brush during cleaning and the ability to extend the brush to clean close to edges and corners.

In terms of vacuuming function, Deebot X11 is equipped with an enhanced airflow suction technology called BLAST by Ecovacs, combining an aerodynamic design with a powerful 100W motor for suction force up to 19,500 Pa.

In addition, AI Stain Detection 2.0 technology allows Deebot X11 to flexibly detect stains and re-mop immediately based on the type and level of stains. For light stains, the robot will quickly clean a second time. For stubborn stains, the robot will automatically activate the deep mop mode (Deep Re-mop), perform two cross-mops and flush more strongly to thoroughly remove stains and prevent cross-contamination on the floor.

In the Deebot X11 OmniCyclone version, the charging station uses a 1.6-liter dust box instead of a disposable dust bag like conventional robots today. In addition to saving on disposable dust bags, this dust box provides a stronger and more stable dust suction efficiency to the station than disposable dust bags. With disposable dust bags, the efficiency of collecting trash from the robot to the station will be affected when humidity and dust particles accumulate over time, reducing the efficiency of air circulation.

The mobility of the Deebot X11 series is also improved with technology that Ecovacs calls TruePass. This is a 4-wheel mechanical climbing system that helps the robot overcome obstacles up to 24 mm high. When encountering high obstacles, the robot will activate two auxiliary support wheels, with soft rubber grips, gripping the floor, increasing the ability to overcome obstacles up to 2.4 cm for a single threshold and 4 cm for 2 consecutive thresholds.

Vietnamese voice control capability

Another new feature of the Deebot X11 series, appearing for the first time on Ecovacs robots, is the ability to control by Vietnamese voice. Now, users of this robot line can use Vietnamese to command the robot during the cleaning process. Previously, Ecovacs robots only had notifications in Vietnamese, and were controlled by English commands.

According to Ecovacs, the Deebot X11 series integrates an AI assistant called AGENT YIKO that can automatically analyze room layout, furniture, floor surfaces and user habits to create an optimal cleaning plan.

In addition, AGENT YIKO proactively predicts cleaning needs based on habits, room layout, frequency of use, and object density. From there, YIKO develops a 360° cleaning strategy, continuously adjusting important settings such as suction power, water flow, and cleaning routing.
