Accordingly, the VCS 2024 Spring Organizing Committee must postpone a number of matches to investigate match-fixing by participating teams. Because in some matches, players showed negative signs, suspected of match-fixing and betting. Therefore, all matches will be postponed from March 18, 2024.
Specifically, all remaining matches of the tournament in the group stage will be canceled. The results of matches on March 14 will not be counted. The group stage rankings will be calculated based on the results up to the end of the 7th week of competition (March 10), this ranking will be used to decide the teams participating in the final round.

With the postponement of the group stage matches, the VCS 2024 Spring Finals will also be postponed until further notice from the organizing committee.
"The Organizing Committee understands that this is a really difficult decision as this happened in the middle of the tournament. Previously, in the 2023 season, the esports community also witnessed incidents related to match-fixing. Specifically, in early August 2023, VCS 2023 Hoang Hon permanently banned the owner of the SBTC Esports team from participating in tournaments under the Riot system and the team members were banned for 36 months.
