The course took place over one week (from November 3 to 9), attracting 151 students nationwide, contributing to standardizing the team of coaches, a key force in the strategy to improve the stature and physical strength of Vietnamese people.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Hoang Xuan Luong, Vice President of the Vietnam Olympic Committee, President of the Vietnam Weightlifting and Bodybuilding Federation emphasized: "A fitness coach is not only a technical instructor but also an important factor in the strategy to improve the physical stature of Vietnamese people. You need to know that today's learning results become a passion for the profession, build a training environment and a livelihood from this profession."

Mr. Xuan Luong said that the level 2 coach certificate issued by Vietnam Weightlifting and Bodybuilding allows students to practice nationwide, opening up opportunities for professional career development, contributing to spreading the movement of physical training and health care for people.
The spirit of “learning to spread healthy living values” is clearly demonstrated through people like Duong Thu Trang (born in 1992), a former student of the class, who is a clear testament to the spread of the bodybuilding movement. Having worked as an accountant, Trang came to bodybuilding just because of her interest in working out, then met her husband who shared the same passion at a gym in Hanoi . Since 2010, she and her husband opened their own gym, and in 2018, they expanded their sports equipment line. “My family of three generations love sports. Bodybuilding helps me become healthier and also gives me a stable job and inspires my children to continue to maintain the habit of exercising every day,” Trang shared.

Not only Duong Thu Trang, many other students of the course also found a new direction from bodybuilding. Nguyen Thi Bang Chau, 22 years old, former athlete of the national wrestling team said: After the injury, I changed direction to become a personal trainer to help others achieve better shape and health. I want to have my own gym in the future, bringing positive values to more people.
As for Bui Van Duc (Hanoi), the course helped him gain a solid foundation of knowledge about training, nutrition and recovery, creating a foundation for developing his coaching career. Meanwhile, Nguyen Chi Linh ( Lang Son ) was impressed with the lecture of Mr. Nguyen Hong Minh. "Mr. Minh not only teaches knowledge but also imparts professional conduct, shares about the history and culture of Vietnamese bodybuilding," Chi Linh said.
Mr. Maik Berger, General Director of EVO Vietnam, commented that the training course was very successful, seeing the enthusiasm and positive attitude of the students. “We want to introduce new technologies in the public health sector, while also orienting the future and challenges of the sector. We hope that all students will have successful careers and continue to pursue their passion in the field of public health with us even after the course ends,” said Mr. Maik Berger.

According to Mr. Bui Minh Tien, Chief of Office of the Vietnam Weightlifting and Bodybuilding Federation, the upcoming level 2 and level 3 training courses will continue to be expanded, helping to form a team of professional coaches capable of guiding, managing and developing the bodybuilding movement at the grassroots level.
From such systematic training courses, it can be seen that the development of the coaching staff is being placed in the right position in the national sports development strategy. Standardizing the capacity of coaches is considered an important link in the process of socializing sports, aiming at the goal of comprehensive human development, improving the health and stature of Vietnam in the new era.
