EVNNPC honors outstanding workers in the electricity industry in 2025

(Chinhphu.vn) - The Northern Power Corporation (EVNNPC) has just held a meeting and honored 26 individuals who won the title of "Outstanding Electricity Industry Workers" in 2025.

The "Outstanding Electricity Industry Worker" award is given to direct, production and business workers who are the most typical employees, workers, specialists and engineers of the unit (not holding leadership or management positions with allowances of 0.3 or more), have worked in EVN for 5 years or more and have achieved the most outstanding achievements in production and labor.

At the same time, they are individuals with many technical innovation initiatives; actively train, mentor, foster, and help colleagues improve their skills and professional expertise, contributing to building sustainable development of agencies and units, and building a strong Trade Union organization. The award will not be given twice in a row to an individual.

Accordingly, 26 individuals honored as "Outstanding Electricity Workers" in 2025 by EVNNPC are excellent engineers, workers, and specialists, selected from emulation movements at the grassroots level, representing key areas in the electricity distribution system such as: grid operation management, business and customer service, electrical equipment repair, etc.

These are typical examples of workers with many valuable initiatives and solutions to rationalize production, contributing to improving the operational efficiency of the unit in particular and the entire electricity industry in general.

The efforts of these individuals have been recognized, rewarded and evaluated by leaders at all levels as pioneers and exemplary forces in production labor and worker movements.

Not only are they good at their profession, exemplary workers are also the center of solidarity in the unit. They always strictly follow the regulations and rules of the industry; have the courage to overcome difficulties; have a creative working spirit and the will to excellently complete all assigned tasks.

On behalf of EVNNPC's Board of Directors, Mr. Nguyen Duc Thien, Member of the Board of Directors, General Director of EVNNPC, warmly commended 26 individuals who won the title of "Outstanding Electricity Industry Workers" in 2025. These are shining examples of the spirit of overcoming difficulties, creativity and persistent dedication in labor and production, contributing significantly to the sustainable development journey of EVNNPC and the entire electricity industry.

EVNNPC General Director emphasized that in the coming time, the Corporation will continue to face challenges when conducting deeper restructuring, including merging provincial units and reorganizing the apparatus towards streamlining and efficiency. However, with the experience accumulated through the restructuring process continuously implemented in recent years, EVNNPC is confident in its capacity and experience to flexibly adapt to the new context.

"EVNNPC's immediate task is to successfully complete its production and business plan, ensure stable power supply, effectively adapt to the new organizational model and promote technology application - digital transformation," Mr. Nguyen Duc Thien emphasized.

EVNNPC leaders expect that EVNNPC's workforce will continue to promote the spirit of exemplary behavior, solidarity, and joint efforts to build strong, sustainable labor collectives and excellently complete assigned tasks.
