Under the agreement, FPT will integrate two leading training platforms of Harvard Business Impact - Harvard ManageMentor and HBR Spark into its internal learning ecosystem. Harvard ManageMentor is a comprehensive online learning platform with more than 42 in-depth courses and more than 300 videos taught by leading experts on leadership, management, strategy and communication. This platform is currently used by many of the world's leading corporations, including Fortune 500 enterprises.
At FPT, the platform will support the development of learning paths for each role and level of personnel. HBR Spark provides a personalized learning experience, applying AI and micro-learning methods. With more than 25,000 resources including articles, videos , podcasts and case studies, the platform helps connect theoretical knowledge with real-life situations, supporting the development of leadership skills and the ability to apply them at work.
