Nearly 1,200 disadvantaged addresses received sponsorship and support.

Red Cross chapters at all levels in Lao Cai province have sponsored nearly 1,200 disadvantaged addresses.

To make this campaign a widespread movement, all levels of the association have paid attention to and done well in surveying and creating profiles of people in especially difficult circumstances who need help.

To introduce “humanitarian addresses” to organizations, individuals and businesses with a charitable heart, the Association also actively mobilizes cadres and members to be exemplary and proactive in receiving assistance to difficult addresses. Currently, the whole province has more than 300 humanitarian addresses directly sponsored and assisted by cadres and members of the Red Cross at all levels. Along with that, the Association at all levels also implements many livelihood models to support poor households and especially difficult households with production materials, economic development and building a new life.
