According to the Department of Agriculture and Environment of Khanh Hoa province, as of 6:00 a.m. on November 7, after the tropical depression weakened from storm No. 13, the province recorded damage to traffic infrastructure and is urgently handling it.

Damage situation on main roads: Luong Son Pass area on Pham Van Dong street, Bac Nha Trang ward, had a slight landslide and was immediately fixed by the traffic unit.
On Provincial Road 9, a large tree fell onto the road at km26+900; the regular maintenance unit has cut it down and traffic is now moving normally. On Pham Van Dong Street, at km0+700 - km1+300, sea sand has spilled onto the road surface, while at km5+700, positive talus rock has fallen onto the road surface and is at risk of continuing to fall. The regular maintenance unit has put up traffic safety warning fences and is moving equipment to clear the road at both locations.
Coastal route 701 (Phuoc Dinh - Ca Na section) also experienced slight landslides and has been repaired by the traffic unit.
Due to landslides, the Cam Ranh - Khanh Son traffic police team coordinated with the police of related communes to set up barriers and temporarily prohibit vehicles from passing through Khanh Son Pass on Provincial Road 9. Similarly, the 15/1 Traffic Police Team blocked both ends of coastal road 701 to warn and prevent people and vehicles from passing through this road section with a high risk of landslides.
In addition, a number of trees and electric poles were knocked down in the Tu Bong and Dai Lanh areas. Local authorities are continuing to inspect, review and count the total damage caused by storm No. 13.
