Accordingly, 6 administrative procedures were abolished, including: re-recognition of "Cultural standard agencies", "Cultural standard units", "Cultural standard enterprises"; first recognition of "Cultural standard agencies", "Cultural standard units", "Cultural standard enterprises"; first recognition of "Communes meeting new rural cultural standards"; re-recognition of "Communes meeting new rural cultural standards"; first recognition of "Wards and towns meeting urban civilized standards"; re-recognition of "Wards and towns meeting urban civilized standards".
This Decision takes effect from the date of signing; it means abolishing 1 administrative procedure with serial number 37 in Appendix I, 5 administrative procedures with serial numbers 3, 6, 7, 8, 9 in Appendix II of Decision No. 200/QD-UBND dated April 20, 2022 on promulgating the list of 122 administrative procedures under the jurisdiction of the Department of Culture - Sports and Tourism; 20 administrative procedures under the jurisdiction of the District People's Committee; 7 administrative procedures under the jurisdiction of the Commune People's Committee.
The Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism shall preside over and coordinate with relevant units to publicly cancel abolished administrative procedures at the Provincial Public Administration Service Center and on the electronic information pages of agencies and units according to regulations.
