Gia Lai has a new Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee

NDO – On August 27, the People's Council of Gia Lai province held a special session to elect the position of Chairman of the People's Committee of Gia Lai province for the 2021-2026 term.

As a result, the delegates elected comrade Rah Lan Chung, Deputy Secretary of Gia Lai Provincial Party Committee, to hold the position of Chairman of Gia Lai Provincial People's Committee for the 2021-2026 term.

Comrade Rah Lan Chung was born on August 4, 1971, hometown in Chu Prong town, Chu Prong district, Gia Lai province; professional qualifications: University of Security, Master of Political Science; Bachelor of Political Theory; senior state management expert.

On April 27, 2021, comrade Rah Lan Chung was elected by the Gia Lai Provincial Party Executive Committee to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Gia Lai Provincial Party Committee, term XVI, 2020-2025.

In his acceptance speech, Comrade Rah Lan Chung thanked the Secretariat and the Gia Lai Provincial Party Committee for their trust and entrusting him with this great responsibility. This is a great honor and duty, as well as a heavy responsibility before the Party Committee, the government and the people of all ethnic groups in Gia Lai province.
