(NLDO) – The price of SJC gold bars and gold rings continues to fluctuate strongly according to the world .
On the morning of March 6, the price of SJC gold bars was maintained by SJC, PNJ, and DOJI companies at 90.7 million VND/tael for buying and 92.7 million VND/tael for selling, the highest level in more than 3 weeks.
Some units such as Mi Hong Company traded SJC gold bars at lower levels, around 91 million VND/tael for buying, 92.3 million VND/tael for selling, down 1.4 million VND/tael compared to yesterday's peak.
Due to the strong fluctuations in gold prices, there are differences between brands. Bao Tin Minh Chau Company listed the price of Thang Long Dragon Gold bars of this brand at 93.2 million VND/tael for sale, and 92 million VND/tael for purchase.
Similarly, the price of 99.99 plain gold rings is also equal to the price of SJC gold bars by Bao Tin Minh Chau.
Meanwhile, the listed units sell at very high prices, such as SJC Company sells at up to 92.6 million VND; PNJ Company 92.9 million VND/tael.
The price of SJC gold bars and gold rings continues to remain high.
Domestic gold prices remain high while world prices continue to rise, far surpassing the $2,900/ounce mark. At 9 a.m., Vietnam time, today's gold price was at $2,926/ounce, up about $15/ounce compared to the previous session.
The demand for safe haven amid rising geopolitical tensions and the US dollar falling to a four-month low are the fundamental factors that are bullish for gold. The US dollar index is currently trading at 104.1 points, down 3% since the beginning of March.
World gold price converted at listed exchange rate is about 90.4 million VND/tael.
