The overall dimensions of length x width x height of the car are 4,595 x 1,750 x 1,750 (mm), which is 120mm longer and 20mm higher than the previous generation. The wheelbase reaches 2,775 mm. The ground clearance is up to 225 mm, the best in the segment, helping the car to wade through water at a maximum depth of 400mm and be flexible on many terrain conditions.
Exterior
Mitsubishi Xpander 2023 has a youthful and masculine appearance with Dynamic Shield design language. The front of the car stands out with a newly designed radiator grille in a large X shape, surrounded by shiny chrome borders. The front bumper is also redesigned in a wide horizontal direction.
The front lights are refreshed with a horizontal T-shape, using LED lens technology for better illumination. The LED daytime running lights are also refined, integrating turn signals.

On the side of the car is a new set of 5-spoke, 17-inch rims with two contrasting tones for high aerodynamics. Shiny chrome-plated door handles with integrated automatic door opening and closing buttons.
The rear of the car impresses with a T-shaped LED strip instead of the previous L-shaped one, creating a synchronization with the front area. Shark fin antenna. Below is the rear bumper cluster with the same color and material as the front bumper cluster. Accompanying it is a single exhaust pipe.
The rear departure angle of the car also increased from 26.6 degrees to 28.3 degrees, creating convenience when moving over the edges. The trunk door was remade in a thicker direction, the rear bumper was extended to help the exterior of the car be sturdy and strong.
Interior

The interior space of Mitsubishi Xpander 2023 has a minimalist style but is still extremely practical. Everything is scientifically arranged, focusing on important details, making it easy for users to operate.
In addition to the main black color, Xpander 2023 has added 2 more black and brown tones, bringing an elegant and luxurious look. The dashboard area is covered with genuine leather instead of imitation leather as before, the stitching on the door panels, armrests on the door or the driver's seat armrest are also real, creating a high-class highlight for the car. The dashboard is also refined to create a unified sophistication.
The car seats are covered in leather but have additional heat absorption features. The driver's seat slides and reclines flexibly. The second row of seats can slide forward; the third row of seats folds 50:50. The front row of seats has an armrest, comes with a convenient tissue box and cup holder. The armrest in the back row of seats has 2 additional trays for drinks.
The tilt and forward/backward steering wheel helps the driver easily adjust the driving position, this is a feature that only Xpander possesses in the MPV segment at the present time. The entertainment screen has increased from 7 to 9 inches, supporting Apple Carplay, Bluetooth 5.0, USB, and gesture control.
The car's air conditioning system is still mechanical but has changed from a knob to a button. The Max Cool function appears for the first time on the digital air conditioning control cluster, providing faster cooling when entering the car.
The electronic handbrake has been equipped on the new upgraded Mitsubishi Xpander. In addition, there are a series of notable amenities such as: Push-button start; steering wheel with hands-free calling; 6-speaker sound system, 2 more charging ports behind the front seat armrest.
Engine
All 3 versions of the Mitsubishi Xpander 2023 are equipped with a 1.5L MIVEC gasoline engine, producing a maximum capacity of 103 horsepower and 141 Nm of torque. Comes with the option of a 5-speed manual transmission or 4-speed automatic transmission, front-wheel drive system helps the car operate stably and save fuel optimally. According to the company's announcement, the 4-speed automatic transmission is fine-tuned to increase smoothness, flexibility as well as smooth acceleration on all roads.
The suspension system on the Mitsubishi Xpander 2023 is more rigid thanks to increased fork size and high-performance valves inside the shock absorber. The RISE chassis is made of high-strength super-strength steel, which helps limit the impact of external forces on people inside the car in the event of a collision as well as providing stability when cornering, on bumpy roads or moving at high speeds.
Safety equipment
Safety equipment on the Mitsubishi Xpander 2023 includes: TCL traction control system and ESS emergency brake warning. 360-degree camera, reverse sensor are added on the special domestically assembled automatic manual transmission version. In addition, there are old equipment such as ABS/EBD/BA braking system, ASC electronic balance system, HSA hill start assist system, reverse camera,...
