When she got married, her parents gave her a plot of land, but with her salary and the uneven income from her husband's job, the dream of building a decent house was still very far away. When they learned about the CVNOXH loan program with preferential interest rates from the Phu Loc District Social Policy Bank, the couple boldly applied for a loan, determined to make their dream of settling down come true.

Ms. Bong shared: “The CVNOXH program is an effective solution for low-income families like us. Thanks to a loan of 500 million VND from the program, along with our family savings, we have built a new house worth 900 million VND, which not only helps stabilize our lives, but also gives us more peace of mind in our work and raising our children.”

Similarly, the family of Mr. Nguyen Van Tuan - a soldier whose wife works at the Phu Loc District Medical Center also faced difficulties in building a house. After a period of saving, he and his wife bought a 200m2 plot of land in Zone 4, Phu Loc town, with the desire to build a new house with full amenities to settle down, however, due to lack of funds, they have not yet been able to build their dream house. Knowing about the CVNOXH program with preferential interest rates from the district's Social Policy Bank, Mr. Tuan and his wife decided to borrow 1 billion VND to build a house worth 1.7 billion VND.

Mr. Tuan excitedly said: “Building a house is a big turning point in life. We want to have a spacious house with full amenities to stabilize our life in the long term. If we only rely on the savings of both husband and wife, this dream will be difficult to come true. Therefore, we boldly borrowed capital from the district's Social Policy Bank to build a house. With the stable income from both husband and wife's jobs, we commit to repay the principal and interest on time."

The Social Policy Bank of Phu Loc District's CVNOXH program not only helps people own houses, but also actively supports the local sustainable poverty reduction work. With stable housing, many households can participate in production activities, create jobs, improve income and reduce financial burdens. The program also contributes to the development of new residential areas in rural areas, helping to expand living space for people... As of May 31, 2025, the district's Social Policy Bank has provided loans to 216 customers, with a total disbursed capital of VND 64,900 million.

Mr. Le Quang Thang, Director of the Phu Loc District Social Policy Bank, said: The Phu Loc District Social Policy Bank Transaction Office will promote solutions to effectively implement preferential credit programs according to the Government 's regulations on social policy credit. Coordinate with Party committees, authorities, and mass organizations to effectively implement Directive 39 dated October 30, 2024 of the Central Party Secretariat on strengthening the Party's leadership over social policy credit in the new period. At the same time, promote extensive propaganda to all classes of people about preferential credit programs, especially the social policy credit program, contributing to ensuring social security in the area and effectively implementing the new rural construction program in the locality.
