“Peaceful Melody”: Paying tribute to special teachers in the People's Public Security Forces

The program “Peaceful Melody” No. 54 with the theme “75 years – Pride of the Prison Police Soldier” will officially air on CAND Television – ANTV Channel at 8:10 p.m. on November 1, then be posted on Youtube channel Peaceful Melody.

The program "Peaceful Melody" is chaired by the Department of Political Work, in coordination with the Department of Communications of the Public Security Forces to produce and broadcast to create a musical playground with a unique color of the Public Security Forces.

Program No. 54 with the theme "75 years of pride of the Prison Police" is also a special cultural and artistic activity to celebrate the 75th anniversary of the establishment of the Prison Police force, compulsory education facilities, and reform schools.

On November 7, 1950, President Ho Chi Minh signed Decree 150/SL on the organization of prisons. After 75 years of accompanying the country's history, from the flames of war, the Prison Police force has continuously fought, built and developed. In the program "75 years of pride - the Prison Police soldier", through documentary films, art performances and talks by special guests, the audience and officers and soldiers reviewed the glorious history, paid tribute to the silent sacrifices of special teachers, soldiers on the front line of reforming and educating people who have made mistakes to soon return to become good citizens, useful to society.

In the program, artists of the Military Region 7 Art Troupe and the Thu Duc Prison Art Troupe will perform many songs, dances, and music pieces about the People's Public Security Forces in particular, and the officers and soldiers of the prison police, compulsory education facilities, and reform schools: Mashup "How proud - Thu Duc forever shines with heroic traditions"; "Trust in heroic Thu Duc"; "Rehabilitation"; "The feelings of the prison warden"; "Keeping life peaceful"; mashup "Song of prison soldiers - Glory of the police soldiers"...

Viewers also had the opportunity to learn more about the artworks as well as the prison police force, compulsory education facilities, and reform schools through talks by special guests such as: Colonel Tran Van Hanh, former Deputy Warden of Thu Duc Prison; Lieutenant Colonel Pham Thi Minh Hai, Deputy Warden of Thu Duc Prison; Captain Nguyen Thi Bac, President of the Women's Union of Thu Duc Prison; Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Van Xuan, Secretary of the Youth Union of Thu Duc Prison; musician Bui Anh Ton; musician Huynh Yen.
