For 5 days (from May 17 to May 21), Bac Giang Youth Football Training Center organized the U.13 T&T Cup 2025 football tournament. The training tournament gathered 8 youth football teams including U.13 Hanoi Club, U.13 T&T Bac Giang, U.13 Da Nang, U.13 Quang Nam, U.13 T&T VSH, U.13 PVF, U.13 Viettel and U.13 Hai Phong.

The fact that U.13 players are familiar with the professional competition model - from the competition schedule, tournament regulations, referees... similar to the national U.13 tournament is an important factor that helps young talents quickly form their competitive spirit, professional attitude and tactical thinking, laying the foundation for a long-term development journey.

"In reality, youth football training in Vietnam, the players mainly practice on their own. Therefore, training tournaments like the U.13 T&T Cup 2025 like this are extremely meaningful. The players' competitive mentality will improve. This is also a good opportunity to test their playing style, tactics, and physical strength to prepare for the 2025 National U.13 Tournament," said Coach Minh Dung of U.13 Viettel.

With Vietnamese youth football, players have very few opportunities to compete and gain experience. Therefore, when entering the official tournament, the players' mentality is very poor, unable to fulfill the tactical requirements of the coach. Training tournaments organized no different from an official tournament such as the U.13 T&T Cup 2025 have created more opportunities and useful playgrounds for young players.

In addition to the meaning of training and developing young players, the U.13 T&T Cup 2025 also plays a role in connecting major youth training centers across the country, from the training system of T&T Group to traditional units such as PVF, Viettel,... Thereby, forming a youth football network with an ecosystem, promoting sharing, connection and raising training standards at the national level.

"Playgrounds like this need to be maintained regularly, expanded in scale and spread to more localities. So that every young player, regardless of region, has the opportunity to develop equally, professionally and steadily on the journey to conquer their football dream," said Mr. Van Sy Hung - Director of Bac Giang Youth Football Training Center, hoping that there will be more playgrounds for young players in the near future.

With a systematic investment orientation in youth training through a system of centers in many provinces and cities, T&T Group is gradually building a long-term strategy: training from the root, developing in a chain, comprehensively linking training - competition - selection.
